Homes feature quartz countertops, stainless steel French door refrigerators, 42-inch shaker-style white cabinetry, hexagon tile backsplash with platinum grout, a deep-basin chef-inspired sink with gooseneck faucet, custom gray islands, open shelving, luxury plank flooring, soaring 9'–12' ceilings, energy-efficient Pella windows, full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling roll-up shades, and large walk-in closets. Select units include oversized patios, Juliet balconies, custom framed mirrors, and private entrances.
Residents may personalize their home with removable décor. Any alterations — such as painting or mounting — require prior written approval from management. Please contact the leasing office before making any changes.
Yes, all apartment homes include a full-size washer and dryer.
