We allow dogs & cats, up to 2 per apartment. There’s no weight limit, but breed restrictions apply and a one-time non-refundable pet fee is required. Additionally, we utilize a third-party service to conduct pet/assistance animal screenings & verifications for which a small per-pet fee must be paid. There is no charge for an Assistance Animal Accommodation request. Upon completion, pet screenings/profiles are active for one year and may require an annual renewal to continue residency.
